I’m an HR Recruiter based in Berlin, and yes—I love travelling, cooking, and music. But if I’m honest, that neat version of me is only the surface. The real question I keep coming back to (and probably always will) is: who am I, really? It’s my all-time favourite question—because if there’s one person in this entire world I’d love to understand thoroughly, it’s myself. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I genuinely believe life is too short to be serious all the time. If you can’t laugh at yourself, then call me—I’ll happily do it for you. I’m here for the humour, the lightness, and the moments where we don’t take everything so personally. At the same time, I’m deeply passionate about learning new things. I love stretching myself, exploring unfamiliar topics, and stepping into new experiences—especially when it gives me a fresh perspective and helps me contribute differently across projects and teams. 💃🏻

I’m also one of those people who listens carefully—really listens. I take things in, I observe, I reflect. 👀 But at the end of the day, I make decisions based on what feels right to me. I respect advice and different viewpoints, but I’m guided by my heart and my gut, and I’ve learned to trust that. 🦻🏼

For me, there isn’t much that is purely “good” or “bad” in the world—most things depend on perspective. Everyone has their own way of seeing things, and I genuinely accept that. Still, I’ll admit: I like clarity. I prefer getting straight to the point, and I don’t enjoy staying stuck in the grey area for too long. If something matters, let’s talk about it honestly and move forward. 👊🏼

I love bright colours (💙 and 💛 are few of them). I love ⛈ but from the inside of the house and a glass window to have a view of it and a cup of hot ☕️ in my hands.

And finally: I’m truly obsessed with staying organised. It’s not just a habit—it’s something that gives me real joy. I love creating structure, simplifying chaos, and making life easier for the people around me. Taking weight off someone else’s shoulders feels meaningful to me. And honestly, work is no different—I bring that same energy into what I do, because helping things run smoother just makes me happy. 😜
